Sparkle,
The Queerest Book You’ll Ever Love
This book certainly lives up to its name. And I do not just mean
the "Queerest" part either. Rosen writes with genuine sparkle
and flair. A talented writer who keeps you happily pursuing his characters
through adventures, situations, laughs, and life. Pure entertainment, but
careful, in addition to the laughter, you just may have a personal
revelation as Rosen is a thought provoker as well. |
Thus begins the journey through time and friendship between William and Bruce. The story of how they met, and how it comes to pass that they are now called Secret and Sparkle. You are taken back to a time when Bruce had just graduated from college with a degree in English Literature. The pages turn quickly as you learn about he and Sparkle becoming best friends and the antics they got each other into… Well, usually, it is Sparkle that gets the antics going. A great example of Rosen's witty style is the telling of why the two got the title “Nipple Sisters”!
It’s a very enjoyable read which I would recommend to anyone! Mr. Rosen spins a fresh and colorful tale with style and wit of which to be envious. Don't be surprised when you actually laugh aloud as he weaves this account of comedy, intrigue, and suspense. Rob gives the reader a glimpse of Gay Life. And what fun it can be!
Oh, Sparkle? What happens to him? Does he go into that coma? Does he live? And the Big Question? Who Shot Sparkle? Well, you’re just going to have to get the book and find out. Happy Reading, it will be!
